It’s getting done, we swear😉

In all fairness, sometimes it seems like days go by without any progress on site. Shipments get delayed, trades get backed up, permits get stalled, contractors get held up. You get frustrated, we get frustrated. It can feel like the initial excitement when the dig started is wearing off. Now it’s little increments of “not much to see here”.

Whatever the case may be, we promise we’re always keeping tabs on your job. And things are still getting done behind the scenes. It may seem slow, but we’re building with care and scheduling for the best we can bring to your home.

We would never abandon you🥺

Me: hangin’ out for the vibes🕺🏻- SOUND ON

Sometimes you’re taking progress video, sometimes you’re catching the perfect soundscape.
We wanted to show you how this house was shaping up, but can’t deny this on site music is super catchy😆

A happy work crew matters to a job well done.
And we can say they’re working hard, and it hardly feels like working with music like this😁

Ramen is life🍜

Though they typically aren’t there for the design process, the kids definitely have their opinions. It was interesting to see what items & spaces they gravitated toward.

And let’s not overlook even the seemingly small joys, like a brand new larger microwave or nifty pro ice machine🧊

After you design & build so many houses, it’s a refreshing reminder that each fixture or finish actually does matter when it comes to gifting that feeling of Home☺️

Cue the Rooster🐓

We got chickens, goats, birds, & planes - oh my!
Nothing like a little background noise to spice up exterior views.

Okay so we’re in Ohio, but the vast array of job sites keeps things interesting. We could be in the woods, by a lake, out in the country, rolling hills.
Each new build setting comes with its challenges - or in this case, its amusements😂

Is the farm country life for you?💬
What’s your ideal landscape?
We can help you build your home anywhere!

We all have one of these, right?😅

This version might just be more a builder edition.
Who knew you could have so many things to stow away when entering a new house?
All the new keys, new remotes, new manuals, extra pieces & parts.

And whoever is working on your house starts the pile.
All safely lumped into a cabinet drawer🤪

“Don’t lose that extra set of cabinet k***s, you never know!”

Building for the whole family😁

The kids did great giving the upstairs tour!
We don’t often get to see how the new build impacts the children. But it’s a brand new base for them too.

Fresh spaces to explore, decorate, play or relax in.
They have their ideas & plans already for the new digs.
Let’s just see how long these bedrooms stay this spotless😅
