Judge Norma Rodriguez took nearly everything from me as a domestic-violence survivor including my child.
Meanwhile, organizations connected to her family have reportedly received millions in government funding under the banner of “ending domestic violence.” That deserves a full public accounting: How much money was received, where did it go, and were survivors and their children actually protected?
Because the message I received from this system was:
“We gave your child to the person you identified as your abuser and your suffering keeps the system funded.”
That is not protection. That is not justice. Survivors should not lose their children for speaking up while institutions profit from programs carrying their name.
I am demanding transparency, independent oversight, and decisions based on verified evidence not power, relationships, or funding incentives.
We will follow the records. We will ask the uncomfortable questions. And we will not be silenced.
