Dotti Snyder of Nature’s Caretakers along with Ansu Watson of Opportunity Ministries and myself came out this morning to manicure the tree at the flagpole before it blooms in the spring.

The Pasadena Business Association has been caring for this site for many years. PBA members and members of the Pasadena community have really come together in a revitalization project at this site for our Veterans that has taken place over the course of the last several months.

Recent job pics from two different angles. This cedar fence had been coated with growth and grey discoloration for a while. It was brought back to life with a pre-treatment followed by a power washing. Walkway showing partially completed job.

Exterior cleaning is dependent on good weather conditions. Things are winding down for 2017. Do you need your siding, deck, fence, or sidewalk cleaned? If so, you should schedule an appointment.

Some sides of a house have severe growth and some sides can have mild accumulation or dust.

Here’s an example of some heavy growth that was removed today from the customer’s home. I took a before, during, and after.

Thank you Fran and the staff at NAACCC for reaching out to me for the exterior cleaning of the Chamber office porch areas and sidewalk. That composite decking had quite a bit of solid growth on it but it came out nicely with the pre-treatment and power washing.

Here are pics of a recent job that I did on a house with aluminum siding that had green growth on it. The process does not involve a power washer. Your home will be cleaned with an eco friendly solution and rinsed after scrubbing with a soft bristle brush.

A customer had green/black growth on her shed and its roof. I have specific products for siding, roofs, and decks to remove this material to bring back the luster that once existed.
First three pictures are "before" last is "after" cleaning.

If your vinyl or aluminum siding has dirt or green/black growth, it can be cleaned to make your home's appearance much better. Exterior glass cleaning is also done as part of the service. Please take a look at the before and after pics of a recent job.
