We’re pleased to share that T&T Cleaning has joined Timberline Properties (homewatchinfo.com) and is now part of our growing family of local service companies.
We want to begin by congratulation and thanking Trinity for the years of hard work and care she put into building T&T Cleaning. She built a strong team and a reputation for reliable, guest-ready service that we are proud to carry forward. Her dedication laid the foundation that makes this transition possible, and we are committed to honoring that standard.
Trinity is still around to ensure the transition of operations and communications goes smoothly.

Same great team, same reliable service. The team you already know and trust is staying on. Your preferred cleaners, schedules, and property details remain unchanged.
Even stronger support. You’ll now have access to our broader resources, including continued quality service and better scheduling and communication systems.
More complete property care. As part of a larger group providing services to owners and rentals in Park County since 2015, we can more easily coordinate our range of services including cleaning, hot tub maintenance, home watch, snow removal, and other mountain-home needs when it makes sense for you.
Nothing about your current service agreement is changing as a result of this transition. We’ll continue delivering the same high standard of guest-ready services you’ve come to expect.
