🚨 Route Change Notice 🚨

To continue improving route efficiency and better accommodate the growth we have experienced since the first of the year, we will be making a schedule adjustment affecting some customers.

👉 Monday customers:
Your last Monday pickup will be this week, and your service will move to Tuesday starting 5/12

👉 Friday customers:
Your last Friday pickup will be this week, and your service will move to Thursday starting 5/14

📌 Notices will be placed on bins this week for all Monday and Friday customers, notifying you of your new pickup day, so please be on the lookout.

These changes will help us better balance our routes and continue providing timely, reliable service to everyone we serve.

If you receive a notice, please review it carefully and make note of your updated service day. If you do not receive a notice, your service day will remain the same.

🚨 Route Update – Tuesday Customers 🚨

Due to the severe weather moving in this evening, we had to shut down operations early for safety. Because of that, some stops on today’s (Tuesday) route were not completed.

We will be returning tomorrow morning to pick up any customers that were not picked up today.

If needed, you can bring them in overnight to prevent them from being blown around just make sure they are placed back out before 7:00 AM tomorrow.

We appreciate your understanding as we work through the weather and keep everyone safe.

We’ve made a change to better serve our customers.

🗑️ No more bag-only policy!
That’s right! you can now place loose trash directly in your bins, and we’ll take care of it.

We listened to your feedback and wanted to make things easier and more convenient for everyone. While bagging your trash is still recommended to help keep things clean, it is no longer required.

✅ Loose trash is now accepted
✅ Same reliable service
✅ No contracts. No hassle.

We were able to get most of our Thursday stops picked up today. Unfortunately, due to road conditions, there were a few areas we just couldn’t safely reach.

If your Thursday service wasn’t completed today, we’ll get you on the next scheduled pickup. For those stops, we will be expecting two weeks worth of trash at that time.

Our Friday route is currently scheduled to run as normal. We will be running the route and getting to as many stops as we safely can. However, if a stop is located on a dead-end road where we cannot safely turn around, or if there are unsafe spots in the road, we may be unable to access that location.

Any Friday stops that are not completed due to road conditions will be picked up on the next scheduled service, and we will be expecting two weeks worth of trash at that timeas well.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.

We’re happy to share that Thursday service will resume as normal. Thank you so much for your patience while we worked through the winter storm and the landfill closures this week.

As a heads-up, due to the missed routes, we will be picking up extra trash on the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday routes next week. We will be expecting 2 weeks worth of trason those days.
