-it's only urine they can live with it
-it cost to much to take care of correctly
-can you make it smell better temperaraly
-just clean it who cares if you spread the bacteria I won't be living here so I don't have to deal with it
-and so many more...

People open your eyes*
Bacteria and moisture = MOLD
Not to mention you want all that bacteria around your family.
