We forgot to turn a light out in one of our units. No this is not a huge deal but these small things are important. No one wants to pay money out for no reason. When we get little reminders like this from our customers it helps us improve our service. We will tell the inspectors and housekeeper to remember to turnout you the lights, set the AC to 78 and do your final inspection. No one is perfect but we can do our best to work towards it.
