I’m going to share my process in this post: I’ve been brainstorming, trying to piece together what exactly Is it that I’m offering when I walk into your home. I am well aware that many are drowning within their own living space. Most people are operating out of survival mode and their house is reflecting the overstimulation. The intention to do better is there but the vision is exhausted and the will power is beyond their ability to work with the limited amount of time they have in a day. Even if they wanted to start tackling the mountain in front of them; the weight of working, dropping off and picking up the kids, meal prepping, the laundry 🧺 piling up, trash accumulating, dishes overflowing, health and mental issues arising, the list can go on and on. My goal is to set you up for success. Get a system going within every corner of your house that makes it easier to flow. Life is hard and it’s even harder when what’s supposed to feel like home just feels like another overwhelming task in this rat race that never seems to end. It’s shameful to admit bluntly and say “I NEED HELP!!!!!!” I DO NOT SAY THE FOLLOWING LIGHTLY, I GOT YOU! 💪🏽✊🏽The back up you need is here! 🫡YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I UNDERSTAND AND I’M GOING TO STAND next to you until your head is above water and your feet can touch solid ground! IM EXTENDING MY HAND TO EVERYONE THAT NEEDS HELP! Let me regulate your nervous system and bring you healing ❤️‍🩹 by transforming your survival into a sanctuary 🤍 that tells your story!
