Changes- someone one said that changes are always as good as you want to them to be. This year, I thought I had everything plan and organized. That I had the greatest team in place; suddenly, I found myself with a whole new crew and without my assitant & secretary to help me during the summer. (Medical reason, not because I am strict🫣)
I could seat and cry,(which I did for 2 seconds) or gear up and focus on training the new best team on 30A.
You guess right! I train the best team on 30A!. It was rough at the begining but we manage to learn and conquer. I was able to adquiere 15+ more units for a total of 135 houses and run 40crews on Saturdays.
God is good and Life is good if you are determined and focus.
