I just want to take a minute to say a HUGE thank you to our amazing clients, because honestly, the last couple of weeks have been A LOT. ❤️
Between some pretty serious health concerns, family emergencies, and heartbreaking losses, both within our own family and some of our employees' families, we've had a lot going on behind the scenes. And I don't think people always realize just how much can be happening in someone's personal life while they're still trying to show up every day and keep everything running.
We are not people who feels the need to put every detail of our personal lives out there, but I do think it's important to be real with people. Sometimes life throws more at you than you can possibly prepare for, and lately, that's exactly where we've been.
And while we typically try to keep our personal lives separate from our business, sometimes that's just not realistic.
Behind Virtuous Cleaning Services are real people. We're business owners and employees, yes, but we're also parents, spouses, children, grandchildren, and people who have families that need us, too. ❤️ Some of our own team members have experienced heartbreaking losses in the last few weeks, and it's a reminder that every single person behind this business has a life, a family, and struggles that don't just disappear when it's time to go to work.
Lately, we've had to shift some of our attention toward the people we love, and that hasn't always been easy while trying to keep a business running smoothly.
But I have to say, the amount of kindness and understanding we've received has been incredible.
To our clients who have been patient with scheduling changes, delayed responses, and unexpected circumstances, THANK YOU.
To our Airbnb clients who have literally offered to step in and help take some of the weight off our shoulders, you have no idea how much that means.
And to our employees who have been showing up, stepping up, and helping us hold everything together while others on our team navigate their own difficult situations, we see you, and we appreciate you SO much. ❤️
Please know that we are still here. We're still providing services, still accepting new clients, and still committed to giving you the quality and care you've come to expect from us.
We may be a cleaning company, but at the end of the day, we're people first.
One of our biggest core values has always been Family First, and right now, we're being reminded just how important that really is.
Thank you for allowing us to be human while still doing what we love.
