Kyle Rossignol leads Tri-Lakes Contracting with over a decade of experience in civil construction, custom homebuilding, and site development across Colorado. After moving to Colorado in 2012, he built his foundation in commercial civil construction, developing remote telecommunications infrastructure — including site develop
ment, utilities to remote mountain sites, tower foundations, and complex remote builds. Kyle later became a Comtrain-certified Radio Frequency Technician, climbing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and stacking some of the tallest communications towers in the state, strengthening his technical skills and leadership in challenging environments. Today, Kyle manages full-service projects — from raw land development to completed custom homes and commercial structures — with expertise in:
Coordination of soil evaluations, foundation assessments, and geotechnical reporting
Comprehensive site development, grading, utilities, septic system installation, and water supply systems
Ground-up residential and commercial construction management
Kyle holds multiple professional licenses issued by the Colorado licensing board, including:

As the Owner and Founder of Tri-Lakes Contracting and Apex Excavation, Kyle personally oversees every project with a commitment to precision, quality craftsmanship, and clear communication. In addition to general contracting, he designs & brings critical water supply solutions to remote mountain properties, specializing in the installation of innovative underground potable water storage cisterns — providing a resilient, cost-effective alternative to traditional well drilling across Colorado’s challenging terrain. Kyle also leads one of the only construction teams in Colorado specializing in fire-resistant Monolithic Dome construction, delivering sustainable, energy-efficient, and disaster-resilient structures built for modern living.
