Top 2 Bottom uses a list of SOP to check before and after our cleaning visits, which consists of guidelines set on what tasks need to be done for each room. Chemicals required and where they are used are distinguished in the SOP. It can be used as a check list to follow.

Are the toilets thoroughly scrubbed with bleach? Are the sofa cushions vacuumed?
