We specialize in an upscale clientele and need someone with experience in swimming pool maintenance, but also an ability to put aside past habits and learn our methods. Must have a professional appearance and a professional looking and reliable pickup truck or SUV with trailer. If it's covered in rust and dents or breaks down every few weeks it won't be suited for this job. Must be able to show up to work every day and on time. We are a small family run company and we treat our workers as such. We are looking for someone ready to make a long term commitment to their job. Compensation is based on your past experience and your performance during training. Pool route ranges from Palm Springs to Indio and between.

A&N Pools, inc. is a pool construction, remodeling, repair, and maintenance company in business for 30 plus years. We are looking to replace our existing office manager who is relocating out of state and need someone who is motivated to work out of the box on many levels of office work to fill this position. We are a small locally owned family-run business with a long-standing reputation in the Coachella valley. Our office is in Palm Desert and is a clean well-organized space.
The ideal candidate must be honest, ethical, reliable, and easy to get along with. This position requires someone with superb organizational and customer service skills who can work independently and stay on top of multiple facets of our daily operations.
Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

Answering phones and emails
Answering website inquires
Data entry functions such as entering invoices and purchase orders and employee time sheets into Quickbooks, as well as entering costs associated to all jobs in EXCEL job costing spreadsheets
Create invoices and service requests
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Set appointments and reminders
Filling and scanning documents

The ideal candidate must have experience in the following areas:

Quickbooks desktop
Payroll
Filing and processing payroll tax documents
Microsoft office
EXCEL, Word, Microsoft outlook
Adobe

Website maintenance and marketing experience is a plus.

Opening salary is $17-$20 an hour. If your skills grow alongside our business so will your salary! Hours are 30hr.-40hr. a week.
