Class Schedule

Due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), I am currently teaching virtual classes through Studio Z Fitness in Palm Coast. Please check out their entire schedule of virtual classes at @StudioZFit or call (386) 446-4333.

I am also teaching live virtual classes through SKYPE and ZOOM scheduled at your convenience. Classes offered: Drums Alive® and Golden Beats®. Don’t have a stability ball, step risers, or drumsticks? That’s OK, use a pillow, laundry basket, and wooden spoons! Class fee: $5.00 per class, per participant.
