Once upon a time I was subcontracting for Eastern Marine Svcs. The owner, Zach, was having trouble with another diver(s) poaching his clients. Zach asked me, "what do you do when a boat owner approaches you about bottom svcs., while working for me?" This was per/ft not per/hr. My reply was, "If I'm at My vehzicle, which has My signage and insurance on it, I'll give them My info. If I'm on the dock working on your client's boat, they get your info. Zach said, "that sounds fair". Zach was always a fair guy with me, and helped me alot when I needed it most. Nowadays I don't subcontact but, as long as I get paid directly, I have filled in for others in a jam and still won't poach. An antiquated idea, integrity 😎.I hope Zach Staggs is doing well in his retirement.

"Sorry, not today." The water quality has been fu*king terrible, I've been fighting ear infections for days and I know I'm not the only one. All I need is a bunch of sh*t in the corner of the Marina. I've got more boats in that Marina to do in the coming days, hopefully that clears out soon. Some of you tough guys will say "suck it up", but tell me about it after you've been in the biz over 30 years. I won't be around to hear it lmao.

I haven't done any prop work since before the pandemic. I'm in Palm Beach County. What's the market charging to pull and reinstall a pair of 28" x 4 blade props with a standard Walther puller? Thanks in advance for your input.
