Several components are checked, cleaned or adjusted on each routine visit with an Annual Maintenance Agreement. We visit every four months, three times a year to help keep your system operational.

What should you do when you have an ALARM on your Aerobic System?

1. There should be an Audible ALARM and an ALARM Light indicating an issue that needs to be addressed right away!
SILENCE the Audible Alarm…the ALARM Light should stay ON until the problem is resolved. Note anything unusual; puddling around the tanks, aerator not running, system not spraying. DO NOT TURN THE SYSTEM OFF unless instructed to do so.

2. You may use the system sparingly, but No laundry or long showers to avoid backing up or overfilling the system before a Technician arrives to observe and diagnose the cause for your Alarm.
Overloading at this point could cause additional costly repairs.

3. Call our Office 903-723-5533 and report the Alarm as soon as possible and advise any information you have regarding the system operation. This may help in preparing and diagnosing the issue when the Technician arrives. We will schedule a SERVICE CALL as soon as possible to remedy the cause of the Aerobic System Alarm.

The Aerobic System starts with a large divided concrete tank to process your wastewater. Once the excavation is ready, the tank is lowered into the ground and the set up begins. Connections are made to your plumbing outlet and electrical source and lines are run for the spray field. The Control Panel, Aerator and Effluent pump are the main working parts of the system.
