It has been brought to my attention that a former client has shared her experience with my services publicly, and I want to take a moment to address it openly and honestly.
I’m truly saddened and disappointed by what was said. I’ve always made it a priority to respond to any concerns quickly and do everything I can to make things right. In this particular situation, I addressed concerns multiple times and even provided complimentary cleanings in an effort to ensure satisfaction. I absolutely understand that small details matter—but there were also expectations that, at times, were very specific and difficult to meet to her personal standards.
I also want to clarify that some of the statements shared do not fully reflect my experience. I have always encouraged clients to review my work before payment because their satisfaction matters most to me. In this case, the client was present during most cleanings, and I strive to maintain transparency in everything I do.
I’ve gone above and beyond for this client—undercharging at times, overlooking a missed payment, and consistently putting in extra effort to make her home feel clean and comfortable. Like any business, I am not perfect. There have been times I’ve been late, but I’ve always communicated honestly. As a mother to a one-year-old without full-time childcare, there are moments that are simply out of my control—but I do my best every single day to balance both responsibilities.
During the last visit, I did miss a spot and understand she was unhappy. I had every intention of returning and even offering another full complimentary cleaning, but unfortunately, a message I thought I sent did not go through.
I take great pride in my work, and many of my clients can speak to the level of care, effort, and dedication I bring into their homes. I am a person, a mother, and a small business owner doing my best to grow while providing quality service.
This situation has been very disheartening, but I will continue to learn, grow, and show up for my clients with the same commitment and care I always have.
