Pool repairs never stop, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m blessed to be able to do something that I love! ❤️

Today, my manager Beau decided to tag along and supervise the job. 🐶 He kept a close eye on everything.

I’d say he’s earned Employee of the Month. 😂

Today’s mission:
Bring the chlorine back to life. ⚡🌊

✔️ Replaced the salt cell.
✔️ Installed new sensors.
✔️ Let Big Bertha perform the final inspection.

Because leaving without testing the water would be like a doctor writing a prescription without checking your vitals. 😆

Phew… what a day! The Pool Guy has definitely been busy today. 💪

Started the morning installing a couple of new timers.

Then headed to install a new salt system… only to find the pump motor was just about ready to catch fire! 🔥 Needless to say, that project turned into ordering a new motor instead.

Next stop, another pool with no flow. Found the pump impeller had come apart inside the pump. Time to tear it down and replace the impeller and seals.

After that, I went to install a new Polaris booster pump. Thought it would be a simple swap… nope! The old pump wasn’t even connected to plumbing or electrical. Had to run new wiring, rework the plumbing with new fittings, and finally got it installed. Then… guess what? The Polaris cleaner in the pool doesn’t even work. 🤨

And just when I thought I was headed home, a gentleman called and asked if I could stop by and reset his pool liner that had popped out of the track.

Some days everything goes exactly as planned… today was definitely not one of those days. 😂

Now it’s time for a cold shower, some food, and to do it all again tomorrow.
