Happy Tuesday. We have some business updates, to include new pricing as we have several potential customers reach out for pricing, especially for biweekly rates. If you are currently our customer or have spoken to us already the rate you have stays the same. 🙂

Please note that an initial or one time cleaning will be the base rate x10%.
Bi-weekly rates:
Regular clean-
Under 1000 sq $120
1000-1500 $150
1500-2000 $170
2000-3000 $200
3000-4000 $250
$50 add on for pets

This price is for a one time clean. A once monthly deep clean is 10% off of the one time fee. For our regular biweekly/weekly clients ask us about a price for a deep clean. 🙂
One time:
Deep clean-
Under 1000 $200
1000-1500 $230
1500-2000 $260
2000-2500 $300
2500-3000 $330
3000-3500 $360
$75 add on for pets

**Please note that a true new construction clean is very meticulous and disparate from a normal deep clean. Because of this a new construction clean will be priced differently.**

A new construction clean will be priced at .36 sq foot, since it entails so much detail. For example, a 1700 sq foot home for a new construction deep clean would be $612, if it’s completely empty. If there’s furniture, blinds, etc it’s .46 sq foot. Side note- we do not move your furniture to include blinds, boxes, or any items that have not been put up, if you want to move your furniture out we will gladly clean behind/underneath, etc. We don’t want to risk hurting ourselves or your property. We appreciate all of our lovely customers and the support you give us. It’s because of you we get to be able to do what we love to do.
