Ever wondered how a wastewater **dewatering system** works? š§
At our plant, sludge from the treatment process will go into a machine that slowly squeezes the water out. The system turns slowly and presses the sludge so the liquid drains away while the solids are left behind.
The separated water goes back into treatment, and the leftover solids come out as a thick ācakeā thatās easier to haul away.
It might look slow, but itās designed that way to steadily remove water from the sludge without clogging the system.
