What an honor that our very own Happy Hands Education Center is in the top 26 for the YASS Prize!
Please pray for Jan Pride, the Executive Director of HH, today as she presents. That she would be able to clearly and passionately present Happy Hands mission and impact today!
We’re honored to be a contender for the 2026 Yass Prize!
The Yass Prize and STOP Awards Initiative recognizes education organizations that are Sustainable, Transformational, Outstanding and Permissionless. Since 2021, the Yass Foundation for Education has awarded more than $60 million in grants, including the prestigious $1 million Yass Prize to transform education.
The mission of Happy Hands is to empower children who are Deaf or hard of hearing to flourish in school and in life. We do this by educating children, nurturing families and building hope. Being named as a contender gives us a chance to share this mission with a national audience.
We’re grateful to be considered among education organizations across the country that are working to expand meaningful opportunities for students. Read more on our website: https://happyhands.org/news-events/newsroom.html
