So apparently Taylor Swift stopped by Cleaning with Meaning… and out of EVERYTHING in our office, she wanted a picture with our logo. 🤭🧼✨

We tried to tell her she didn’t have to pose… but she insisted. 🤷‍♀️😂

Honestly, we’re not sure what’s more impressive: having Taylor Swift stop by or the fact that she apparently thinks our CWM logo is picture worthy. 💅

At this point, we’re starting to think our little Kansas City cleaning company has become a celebrity hangout. 👀

🚨 YOU GUYS AREN’T GOING TO BELIEVE WHO STOPPED BY CLEANING WITH MEANING…

First MrBeast. Then Gordon Ramsay.

And now OSCAR THE GROUCH?! 😭🗑️

Apparently word is getting around Kansas City.

He saw the Cleaning with Meaning car and came running over singing “I Love Trash”… which is a little disrespectful considering we literally make a living getting RID of it. 😂

We offered him a job.

He said our standards were too high and there wasn’t nearly enough garbage involved. 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately, just like MrBeast and Gordon Ramsay…

Oscar wasn’t actually here either. 😂

But at this point, everybody else in KC is getting celebrity visitors, so we’re keeping this going.

WHO SHOULD “STOP BY” CLEANING WITH MEANING NEXT?! 👀

✨ Our 3rd Annual Giveback is HERE, and we’re inviting YOU to be part of something truly meaningful! 🎁

At Cleaning with Meaning, we believe that being part of a community means more than just doing business. It means showing up, giving back, and making a difference wherever we can. And for the THIRD YEAR in a row, we’re bringing that belief to life with our annual giveback! ❤️

🎅 OUR MISSION? To spread a little extra Christmas joy to children and families in our community who could use some holiday cheer. While we may not be able to reach every child, we believe every act of kindness matters, and together, we can make a meaningful difference!

🎁 WE’RE COLLECTING NEW ITEMS THROUGHOUT OCTOBER & NOVEMBER!

We’re looking for donations for children of ALL ages under 18, because older kids deserve a little Christmas magic, too! Here are some ideas:

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Cleaning with Meaning KC had a couple of VERY unexpected visitors this week… 😂

We couldn’t believe it either, but MrBeast AND Gordon Ramsay stopped by Cleaning with Meaning.

MrBeast offered us $100,000 to clean one house.

Gordon walked in, checked a baseboard, and yelled:

“FINALLY… SOMEONE CLEANED THE BLOODY CORNERS!” 😭

Unfortunately, neither of them actually booked a clean.

Because neither of them were actually here. 😂😂

But since half of Kansas City has apparently met these two this week, we couldn’t be left out.

At Cleaning with Meaning, we’ve always believed that a job should be more than somewhere you clock in, work, and go home.

We want this to be a place where you’re treated like a person. Where your hard work is noticed. Where you can laugh with your coworkers, feel comfortable being yourself, and know that the people you work for genuinely care about you.

We work hard, cleaning homes is definitely work! But we also believe you can work hard without being miserable at work.

That’s why we’ve worked hard to create a culture centered around kindness, teamwork, respect, appreciation, and understanding. We’re not perfect, but we care deeply about the environment we create for our team.

💗 What you can expect from us:

$17–$18/hour, depending on experience (Average $19.50-$21.33 with minimum tips per week)

Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends!
Paid training — we don’t expect you to walk in knowing our system
Paid time off — because life happens and everyone deserves time to recharge
Daily snacks & beverages — it may seem small, but we want our team taken care of
A leadership team that listens, understands, and works alongside you
A positive work culture where teamwork matters more than titles

Our office is located in Raytown, Missouri. Applicants must have a reliable vehicle to get to the office. Company vehicles are provided. You must be able to pass a background check.

We’re looking for people who are dependable, kind, willing to learn, take pride in their work, and want to be part of something that is continuing to grow.

You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to come to us knowing everything. Bring us a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to be part of the team. We can teach the rest.
