Current master bath I'm working on had dead space behind the shower and client asked if i could make it 5 foot instead of 4 foot wide. Absolutely, required a little more work and patching the ceiling but no problem. A little light sanding and some paint and you'll never know it was there. Bathroom I finished at the beginning of the summer. Really turned out nice!! Floor was wavy and terrible and everything was installed wrong only 2 years ago and I had to tear it out. Had a old claw foot tub and everything was poorly done. Poor subfloor and lots of plumbing/electrical issues found underneath. Was able to fix everything and give them a nice safe bathroom with heated floors.
