🧡 Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference! 🦊

I stopped by one of Tyler's flooring projects to check out his progress and snap a few before-and-after pictures of the newly carpeted stairs.

While I was there, I couldn't help but notice that the handrail needed a little TLC of its own!

With the fresh carpet looking so nice, I figured the handrail deserved a little attention, too. So I took a few extra minutes and gave it a little refresh, completely complimentary! 🧡

Sometimes going the extra mile doesn't mean doing something big. It's simply noticing the little details and taking the time to care for them.

New carpet, refreshed handrail, and a stairwell that feels brand new!

🏁🧡 A Little Late, But Definitely Worth Celebrating! 🧡🏁

I'm a little behind on this post, but I couldn't let the racing season end without taking a moment to recognize someone we're incredibly proud of!

16 races. 12 wins. 3 second-place finishes. And another championship at Southern Iowa Speedway! 🏆

Seth, what an incredible season!

I've always admired the time, dedication, and hard work you put into something you're so passionate about. Racing takes so much more than just showing up on race day, and it's been awesome watching all that hard work pay off.

Having Spiffyfox on your car this season was something I genuinely appreciated. I can't even explain how exciting it was hearing our little business mentioned at the races! But even more than that, it meant a lot to be able to support someone we believe in and are so proud of.

And as if an incredible racing season wasn't enough, Seth has also taken the leap into starting his own engine repair business! 🔧

I've known Seth long enough to know that his mechanical skills go way back. In fact, I still remember him replacing my alternator in an auto parts store parking lot when we were stranded! 😂 He saved the day then, and I've trusted his abilities ever since.

It's exciting to see you taking that knowledge, experience, and passion and building something of your own.

Congratulations on an amazing 2026 racing season, Seth! We're proud of everything you've accomplished and can't wait to see what's next, both on and off the track!

Here's to another great season and new beginnings! 🏁🦊🧡

🦊 Did You Know? 💧

That buildup around your toilet bowl is actually pretty common!

Many homes have hard water, which naturally contains minerals like calcium and magnesium. Over time, those minerals can leave behind stubborn rings, stains, and buildup—even with normal everyday use!

The good news? Routine cleaning can help prevent that buildup from becoming a bigger problem and keep your bathroom looking fresh!

Just another reason why regular maintenance cleaning makes a difference! 🧡

🍂 LOCAL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT | OCTOBER 🍂

🏡 Featuring: Pilcher Construction

At Spiffyfox Property Care, we believe in supporting the hardworking people and locally owned businesses that help our communities thrive!

This October, we're kicking off our Local Business Spotlight series with someone a little extra special to us — Jesse, owner of Pilcher Construction!

But here's something you might not know...

Jesse isn't just another local business owner. He's my dad! 🧡

While Pilcher Construction specializes in construction, remodeling, roofing, and home improvements, Spiffyfox Property Care focuses on cleaning, maintenance, flooring, and everyday property care.

Different businesses. Different specialties. But a shared appreciation for hard work, quality craftsmanship, and taking pride in what we do.

And the family connection doesn't stop there! Tyler, our Lead Maintenance & Installation team member, spent many years working alongside Jesse before bringing his experience and skills to Spiffyfox.

Two generations. Different skills. Same family. 🦊🔨

We're proud of our family roots and even prouder to support other locally owned businesses doing great things in our communities.

Be sure to check out Pilcher Construction and give their page some love!
