Big things have been happening behind the scenes… and today we finally get to share them 🧡

After years of growth, learning, and serving our community, we are officially expanding and changing our business name from Spiffyfox Cleaning Service to Spiffyfox Property Care!

While cleaning will always remain at the heart of what we do, this change reflects the bigger vision and expanded services we now offer to better support our clients.

And one more exciting milestone… after 5 years in business, we officially launched our WEBSITE 🎉

This has been built with a lot of hard work, late nights, and dreams for what Spiffyfox can become — and we are so excited for what’s ahead.

Quick update on Window Refresh Fridays 🌼

Last Friday we completed 30+ add-on windows and helped clients save over $350 with this promotion 🙌

And honestly… the difference in those homes was HUGE.

Right now I have: 1 opening left for this Friday

I keep these days limited so I can really focus on the details —interior tracks, sills, frames, and glass.

If your laundry is starting to feel a little out of control lately… this is for you 🧺✨

My team and I are rolling out an improved Laundry Reset Service, and I’m looking for a few homes in each area to be part of our tester round.

Appointments will begin Friday, April 3rd (Easter weekend) — perfect timing for a fresh reset

👉 3 spots in Oskaloosa
👉 3 spots in Ottumwa
👉 3 spots in Fairfield

Tester Pricing:
• $35 reset
• + $8 per basket

What we’ll take care of:
✔️ Turning all clothing right side out
✔️ Folding all clean laundry (left neatly in baskets — utility fold as our standard)
✔️ Matching socks from the current load (not mixed/loose sock bins)
✔️ Hanging items (if hangers are provided — not placed in closets)
✔️ Putting away towels and linens
✔️ Light bed reset (making the master bed with clean or provided linens)

Laundry must be clean and ready prior to arrival.

Spots are limited, and once they’re filled I’ll be rolling out our official packages.
