M&W’s Precast Buildings team recently delivered and installed four 33-foot dugouts at the Clarence Davies Sports Complex. Each dugout arrived fully equipped with aluminum player benches, while two units included combination helmet and bat storage mounted directly to the walls for added functionality and organization.

SMALL BUT STRONG

An EASI-SET building was delivered in the City of Elizabeth, NJ. This non-insulated 10 ft. x 12 ft. was placed on Pulaski Street at the Tennis and Pickleball Courts as a storage building. The building has simulated split face block exterior and simulated ribbed metal roof texture to provide a great-looking and secure enclosure.

DOWN BY THE RIVER 🌊

Another milestone on the NYC East Side Coastal Resiliency project! Along the East River in Manhattan, our team installed four roof panels atop 12’-6” insulated precast wall panels to complete a 22’ x 44’ Maintenance & Operations building for NYC Parks & Recreation. 🏗️

Designed to help protect Manhattan’s waterfront from flooding and storm impacts, this project combines durability, resilience, and architectural detail including a custom weave pattern that matches the surrounding ESCR retaining walls.

Please join us in congratulating our Project Manager, Mike, on earning his BS in Construction Engineering Technology from Temple University!

Mike has played an important role at M&W since joining the team on September 1, 2025, and we were proud to celebrate this incredible accomplishment alongside his family, as well as Brian and Nadine from M&W.

A proud US Navy veteran; along with his wife who also served, Mike continues to demonstrate dedication both professionally and personally. With their first child arriving in the coming months, this is an especially exciting season for their family.
