The trash collection worker will be responsible for the safe, efficient & courteous collection of garbage along designated routes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Professional collection of garbage from receptacles & dumpsters along route.
- Ensure all other team members remain in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Operate mechanical packer to load and compact waste
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspection and maintain inspection logs for vehicle
- Remain courteous in interactions with customers and public along route and notify management of any issues requiring attention
- Keep truck and packer components clear of obstructions to minimize damage to equipment
- Adhere to all DOT, OSHA, FMCSA and EPA regulations and standards
- Other job-related duties as assigned by management

- Assist helper(s) in loading waste into truck, as required
