“Property Support Specialist“

Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented Property Support Specialist & Operations Runner & to support our growing cleaning company. This is a fast-paced weekly and on-call position, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to urgent needs at client properties

Assisting with quality control and resolving service issues

Serving as a liaison between cleaning teams and management

Running company errands and picking up supplies

Receiving, unboxing, and organizing shipments.

Quality checks at properties to ensure a great guest arrival experience.

Assisting with property setups and special projects

Providing hands-on support wherever needed to ensure exceptional service

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and flexible schedule with reliable transportation required.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently

Detail-oriented with a customer-service mindset
