We are seeking to expand our team and are currently recruiting for several key positions. Our organization has experienced a remarkable 250% growth year-over-year since 2021, indicating a strong foundation; however, we recognize the importance of optimizing our operational strategies to ensure sustainable and intelligent growth.
The positions we are looking for include:
1. **Journeyman Electrician:** A qualified professional to contribute to our electrical projects.
2. **2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Electrician:** An individual in the advanced stages of their apprenticeship, ready to further develop their skills.
3. **Part-time Office Manager:** We require an experienced professional with proficiency in QuickBooks and invoicing, capable of managing the administrative functions of our business.
4. **Business Development Consultant:** An expert with a proven track record in building, operating, and establishing businesses, who can provide strategic guidance and ensure best practices are implemented across our operations. This role will involve direct mentorship and training for our leadership.
