We want to take a minute to give a huge shoutout to our mentor, Phil Comway.
About 4 weeks ago, we joined Phil’s program. At the time, we were already a high-producing company and knew how to get work done, but behind the scenes, we were missing some important pieces — a true company culture, clear direction, accountability, and the systems and organization needed to get to the next level.
In just a short amount of time, that has completely started to change.
Since bringing Phil into our corner, our operation has been skyrocketing. We’re becoming more organized, building better systems, creating a stronger culture for our team, and most importantly, gaining a much clearer vision of where we’re going as a company.
Phil doesn’t just give advice and send you on your way. His knowledge, systems, and dedication to actually helping us implement what we’re learning have made a huge difference.
There’s still a lot of work ahead of us, but for the first time, it feels like we’re not just growing — **we’re building a real company that can scale.**
We can personally attest to the value Phil brings to the table. If this is what the first 4 weeks look like, we’re excited to see where the next year takes us.
