Before and after simple landscape project.

Unfortunately, there was no way to correct this and the only option to achieve the desired results in the required time frame was to replace everything and start fresh.

It's important to know each plants growth characteristics before installing. In this case, both sides of the front walk are viburnum but each is a different variety with vastly different growth characteristics leading to an overgrown landscape which had become a maintenance nightmare.

Haven't posted in a while but this was an interesting situation I came across today. A beautiful podocarpus hedge that's beginning to die back unexpectedly due to Armalaria Root Rot. Unfortunately, there's no control for it and the best prevention is to plant properly with good spacing.
