This St. Patrick’s Day, don’t rely on luck to keep your septic system working properly. A few simple habits can prevent costly problems:

🚫 Don’t flush wipes (even “flushable” ones)
🚫 Avoid pouring grease or oil down the drain
🚫 Spread out laundry loads during the week
🚫 Schedule regular septic pumping

Taking care of your septic system keeps everything flowing smoothly — no luck required!

March 14 is Pi Day (3.14) — a celebration of the math behind the world around us. In our industry, precision isn’t optional. From calculating pipe diameters and tank volume to managing flow rates, the science behind wastewater systems ensures everything runs safely and efficiently.

It all adds up.

Happy Pi Day to the engineers, technicians, and problem-solvers who keep things flowing. 🔧

Some people won’t walk under ladders.
Some avoid black cats.
Some won’t even say the word “luck.” 😅

We’re curious, what’s your Friday the 13th superstition (if you have one)?

🧪 Septic Science: Spring Rain Edition 🌧️🌱

In the Mid-South and South, it’s not snowmelt — it’s heavy spring rain that can stress your septic system.

When the ground becomes saturated from repeated rainfall, your drainfield can’t absorb wastewater as efficiently. That can lead to slow drains, standing water, or unpleasant odors around your yard.

Spring tip:
• Spread out laundry loads
• Redirect roof drains away from your drainfield
• Keep sump pumps and surface water out of your septic system

Too much water — even clean water — can overwhelm your system.
