ealthy carpets! In many commercial settings a low moisture system works best. We use both counter rotating scrubbers and rotary scrubbers to work in the solution and encapsulate the soil. We lay down a premium solution then agitate and when appropriate vacuum after it is dry. ODOR and STAIN REMOVAL
When my dog Sammy has an accident (meaning he’s too lazy to let us know he has to go potty) he leaves us little messes to clean up. With appropriate cleaning solutions and extraction methods we are able to remove just about any Stain and or Odor. There are times when the stain or odor are beyond cleaning and you would have to replace carpet and pad but those cases are extreme. We pride ourselves in leaving your home clean and fresh smelling! Tile and grout are left clean and beautiful using the same large truck mount with a spinner wand. We spray solution, let it dwell, agitate and then rinse and extract. Sealer is applied for a longer lasting clean. Wood floors:
Are scrubbed and neutralized then 1-2 coats of appropriate finish are applied for a long lasting beautiful floor. Vinyl Composite Tiles (VCT):
is deep scrubbed and 3-4 coats of a high solids finish is applied for a durable floor that looks beautiful and maintains its shine with regular maintenance (mainly in commercial settings). UPHOLSTERY CLEANING:
At Veritas we always try to use the most effective tools that perform the best job possible. This is why when it comes to upholstery we use the DriMaster Upholstery Tool. It is a jet less technology that will not over wet your upholstery. In Extreme cases where we need more water we use a Prochem Upholstery tool. Both of these tools are not cheap but provide the best possible means of cleaning your upholstery and leaving it as close to new as possible.
