Let me start by saying Good Morning beautiful people, on this blessed Monday. 40 days ago my cousin Aaron Gipson decided to do a good deed and give back to his community (Orlando and surrounding areas). He wanted to do something different and purchase a few spray ground backs as well as other backpacks filled with supplies. The goal was 200 backpacks total, but with the crowd he had the backpack man pull up so no one would fill left out and the team came together and purchased over 200 more backpacks but with no supplies. He was so happy to see everyone coming together just to make the kids happy. This was his first EMPYRE event, that I know 75% of the money he spent was His. He's a self made black business owner and a father of 4. EMPYRE was able to give over 40 spray ground backpacks and 400 other backpacks with and without supplies, over 300 hotdogs, 200 hamburgers, 40 boxes of pizza, cases of soda, waters, juice, fruit snacks, face painting, cotton candy, popcorn, 2 TVs, 14 pairs of shoes and so on. TO MY POINT SEVERAL BACKPACK GIVEAWAYS WERE HELD IN ORLANDO. MENS CLOSET, JACKSON CENTRAL ARE 2 THAT STOOD OUT, BUT JACKSON CENTRAL GAVE 300 BACKPACKS AND 200 PAIRS OF SHOES, AND NOW THAT ITS OVER EVERYBODY WANNA COMPLAIN ABOUT WHAT SHOULD'VE HAPPENED, I DIDN'T KNOW YOU HAD TO REGISTER, CAN I GET A BAG TO THE SIDE, MY SON SICK, I LIVE IN GEORGIA. COME ON BLACK PEOPLE. YOU KNOW YOU CANT GO TO A DRIVE AND GET 5 SPRAY GROUND BACKPACKS, SOME PEOPLE ONLY GIVE 3 regular backpacks PER FAMILY, AND SOME PEOPLE DONT GET ANYTHING, ITS A PART OF LIFE. SOME PEOPLE WENT TO ALL THE BACKPACK DRIVES AND STILL COMPLAINED ABOUT THERE BAGS WERE CHEAP, THE LINES TO LONG, YALL KNOW WHAT IT IS AT GIVEAWAYS, SO DONT COME ON THIS INTERNET COMING FOR MY LIL COUSIN WHEN ALL HE DID WAS TRY AND DID AN AMAZING JOB FOR IT BEING HIS FIRST TIME Gipson im so proud of you cuz, you popped yo s**t. RESPECT 💯.
