Constant up-dating of our training methods allow our Franchises to train their personnel to become professionals. In our mind, there is only one way to do pest control, and that is the Truly Nolen way. We have unique products, but the secret to our success is the method it is applied and the areas to be treated. Our technicians know that a pest does not spend its time on a baseboard, rather it spends 70% of its time hidden in small cracks and crevices. We teach that fogging a kitchen is counter- productive and may actually make a bad condition worse. We believe that a tactical approach to a problem is much more effective. Pest Control should not be a reactive service. Preventative measures must be taken to insure a problem does not arise. Our 3 Zone approach allows us to treat the Green Zone around the perimeter of a structure, the Yellow Zone at entry points into the structure and the interior critical areas of the Red Zone. Since most pests live outside and only enter a building for food, we feel it is better to stop the problems before it enters the building. Many companies now require a HACCP style service for their facility. This involves a strict adherence to Integrated Pest Management along with preventative measures to stop problems from re-occurring. Record keeping is imperative with this style of service which allows our clients to understand the cause and effect of our service. Because of this need to communicate, we devised what we call the VIP room for our clients. This allows a home office to view the condition of all their locations in one protected and convenient place on our website. We are very proud of our company and our accomplishments.
