Currently looking for commercial & residential cleaners. (Miami, West Palm Beach & surrounding areas. Will be hired as an independent contractor on an as needed basis. Must have your own vehicle, cleaning supplies and minimum personal bonding ins and/or general liability insurance
(Any large equipment that may be used on site will be provided, also if we are working on a largescale residential project, cleaning supplies will be provided) bi-lingual a plus but not mandatory, previous experience a plus but training may be provided, Willing to travel up to 2 hrs w/ travel pay a plus)

We are working on some really great stuff Im soo excited! In continuing the work for foster kids I have done for years, we are working on a project to offer on the job training thru Final Phase Commercial & Residential Cleaning Services for kids aging out of the fostercare system. As many know and some may not, kids aging out of the system are in many ways treated the same as people being released from prison. Many have had no job training while in care, no learning budgeting, and no resources for how to support themselves once they have aged out. Because of this, many of them end up offending or re-offending within the first 6 months to a year of being 'put out" of the system simply because they have nowhere to go and no means to support themselves. We want to be part of the solution and offer them paid positions as well as training to be able to eventually go off on their own and start their own businesses. Im very excited to be a part of this and I hope they will feel welcomed in to the Final Phase family!! More to come soon!
