RMGC Canine Goose Control LLC

RMGC Canine Goose Control LLC RMGC LLC hazes geese off properties by using highly trained herding dogs and several other geese management techniques.

Educated and Trained by the National Wildlife Control Operators Association. Keeping properties geese free since 2011. Suburban areas have become havens for geese because they provide a nice comfortable home for the federally-protected birds due to:

•Nature-starved people who love feeding geese
• Nice green grassy areas
•Young shoots of fertilized grass keep geese coming back

•Large, predato

r-free, detention ponds with easy access

Take away all natural predators, like coyotes, foxes and wolves, and you have a Canada goose problem. All the above things contribute to the increasing numbers of Canada geese in our cities and suburbs. GEESE no longer fear people like their migratory cousins. GEESE can become aggressive during nesting season and quite, frankly, they have no reason to leave their comfortable living areas. Our dogs use their herding skills to harass Canada geese off land and water. The geese see the dog as predators and sometimes just the quiet, intense stare of a dog is enough to get the geese moving! We can do this without ever touching a goose! Our methods are recommended and approved by P.E.T.A. so you will not have to worry about a public outcry or negative publicity. In fact, the public looks upon our methods as a positive solution and the hiring of dogs to chase geese often get publicized in the news media! Our prices are predicated on several factors:
Size of property
Size of pond or lake, if any
Surrounding area infestation
Number of visits desired
Number of geese and their residence time. Client's budget and desire for some geese or removal of all geese.

Ellie reporting here……
After all my pond swimming efforts this weekend in the sun and rain to get all the pesky geese off properties, it was decided I needed a bath! Something amount a pond smell.

Somebody started feeding the geese and ducks on this property creating a bigger mess 💩💩 and problem. The geese are more difficult to get to leave but Ellie is on the job and won’t quit until they are gone.

Ellie has become quite the swimmer. Pesky geese don’t stand a chance.

We were honored to assist the team at Insight Hospital in Chicago with a special mission today. A goose family was trapped on their green roof, but with a little teamwork from Jessie and his crew and a bucket, we got the goslings safely down to the ground.
A huge shoutout to these four amazing hospital employees who went above and beyond to help us capture and release these little guys.
Watch to the end! Seeing them reunited with their parents on the grass made it all worth it! Insight Chicago

May the 4th be with you today.

☔️ Paws up if you had a hard day at the office!
It might be raining outside, but it’s just another day on the job for me. I spent all afternoon chasing geese in and out of the ponds to make sure your properties are safe from nesting geese.
My coat might be wet, but it’s a small price to pay to keep the world safe from those rowdy neighbors! 🐾💦

It’s muddy work, but someone’s gotta do it. And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.
If you’re ready to reclaim your space, call my humans at 847-773-7974. I’m ready when you are!

It is that time of the year when nesting geese get very aggressive and protective of where they nested. Here a meteorologist from Iowa tries to protect himself from an aggressive male.

Ellie testing her sea legs this past weekend.
Ponds are still pretty darn cold so it was a quick dip.
Geese get the message pretty quick when they see our goose dogs get in the water.
