disposed of safely at a locally approved treatment facility. Experience shows that frequent cleaning is required to reduce the risk of biological infection from waste containers. For that reason, we adopt a routine maintenance approach to services ensuring that your home is protected from common dangers such as Salmonella, Listeria and E-coli, among others. Our curbside cleaning vehicle will arrive at your property the same day after the container has been emptied, following your local waste management schedule. Finally, we place an easily removable tag on the handle (no adhesives are used) to confirm that the container has been cleaned. Gleam solutions keep your waste container hygienically clean. When you run a service company the last thing you want to do is call a customer and let them know we are going to be working through the night as we are down a truck for repairs.
1) There’s alway that 10% that get irritated that we are going to be late.
2) Our drivers make the same amount of pay whether it’s a short or a long day.
3) The stress of upsetting a customer to the point of cancellation while losing a customers monthly revenue as well as the cost of a repair.
4) Having to go back because a customer refusing to leave their cans out until we arrive even though we have sent them several messages to update them of our eta.

But when you receive a message like this one nothing else really matters!
Thank you to the customers that understand that vehicles do go down from time to time❤️
