I live you in my dreams, my princess 🕊️
There are days when I think of you so strongly
that I only wish to find you in my dreams.
To see you smile, to hear you again,
to hold you with everything I kept inside.
Sometimes only there can I tell you
how much I miss you, how much I love you,
how much I need you.
I would like to stay with you
in that corner of my heart where time does not hurt,
where living you in dreams makes the absence a little softer.
I don’t know how, I don’t know why,
since that second everything changed.
Nothing felt the same again,
not the days, not the laughter, not even the silence.
Everything holds an echo of your absence.
It still surprises me that the world did not stop with you.
But here I am,
learning to live with the pain of your departure,
with the memory of your life,
with that second that marked a before and an after in mine
