My name is Brittany Perez, and I started my company from the ground up in 2022 and I can honestly say I am beyond proud of how far I’ve come.
I didn’t start with much just the cleaning products I already had in my own home and a willingness to work hard.
Before this journey, I was working in the restaurant industry, but I knew I wanted more for myself. I stepped away from that and began helping my husband clean condos at The Wharf after he remodeled them. When that work came to an end, I found myself asking, “What am I going to do now?”
That’s when everything changed.
My husband and I sat down and decided we could branch off of his company. We took his logo, switched it up a little, and came up with Elite Services Coastal Cleaning.
I first started under MDP Elite Services, and when things were slow, I didn’t quit. I pushed myself even harder, created my own page, and stayed consistent until things started to grow.
From there, it was all hustle and grind. I passed out cards and flyers, introduced myself to people, and stepped out of my comfort zone. I got taught bookkeeping, learned how to do estimates and walk-throughs with customers, and stayed up late nights creating posts trying to build something bigger.
As I grew, I was even able to bring on a helper or two to help with the cleaning with was a huge milestone for me and I’m so grateful for that and them🙏❤️
Don’t get me wrong running a business is not for the weak. There have been plenty of times I’ve felt overwhelmed and stressed… and even today, I still have those moments. When I first started, I had no idea what I was doing when it came to business. But I kept learning, kept growing, and I’m still learning something new every single day.
Every step of this journey has come from hard work, long days, and pushing through even when things felt uncertain. I stayed determined, kept showing up, and never gave up on what I knew I could build.
Today, I’m proud to say I have loyal customers who have been with me since the very beginning, and that means everything to me. I am so grateful, so blessed, and so thankful for every single person who has supported me along the way.
This journey has taught me that you can do anything if you truly put your mind to it. Hard work and dedication really do pay off and this is only the beginning. 💙 
I truly thank God for everything He has blessed me with. None of this would be possible without His guidance, strength, and grace. I’m beyond grateful every single day. 🙏
