WOW!!!...What a turn out tonight at Pine Ridge Grocery, for our first food truck rally.

All I can say is THANK YOU!

Thank you for the continued support and PATIENCE; As we continue to try and push the boundaries of good food with faster service. Unfortunately as a Family run business with limited help, it's hard to keep up sometimes, and as we continue to grow we will do our best to get faster.

So again, for those of you that waited in those long lines tonight to support us and all our fellow food trucks.....

Join us tonight from 4:00–8:00 PM for an evening of great food, family, and fun!

🌤️ The weather is looking like it should stay mostly dry, so come on out and enjoy dinner with us!

Unfortunately, The Donut Lab had an unexpected truck issue and won't be able to make it tonight. We know many of you were looking forward to them, and we hope to have them back at a future rally.

The good news? The other SIX food trucks are all still coming, along with Riverside Rambler, so there will still be plenty of incredible food to choose from!

GET EXCITED !!!!....I KNOW WE ARE.

Come see us in the Park for the 4th of July Celebration again this year.

We have exciting news....We are able to have our FULL menu this year to serve you all of your favorites.

BUUUUT DON'T FORGET.....we are once again bringing back the popular and now tradition.

FREEDOM SANDWICH.....14hr Smoked Tri-tip Beef with choice of sautéed onions, mushrooms, peppers and melted cheese😋
(Only served once a year on 4th of July)

ANNNND.......since it's also the 250th celebration, we thought about what food item best says America? Nothing is more popular and American than the burger. So for the 250th celebration only. We will be offering what we nicknamed....

THE AMERICAN 🍔

1/2 lb. Fresh ground beef Burger with melted nacho cheese, bacon, fried onion rings, pickle and choice of signature sauce, Smoky, Sweet, Peach, or Spicy Peach. (Add fresh jalapeños for those of you that like it spicy and wild)

As always, we couldn't be the success that we are without all of YOU.

LOOKING FOR HELP.....

Part-time 2 to 3 days per week, maybe more during our Summer events and Fair Seasons. You would be working with us on our VERY busy food truck!!

Days of the week may vary depending on booked events.

Must be at least 16 years of age and have own transportation, childcare, working papers, etc.

Duties will include working the food line making many of our delicious menu item and prepping food for events.

Serving customers with a smile is a MUST!!
