Love getting messages like this from my clients. I’m so OCD and work so hard to make sure my clients are happy. Little things like this go such a long way.

Remember to thank your service people. Even if its seems so small, a tiny gesture like this can really make someone’s day. Heck even praise your kids, your significant other, friends, family, etc. Everyone loves to be recognized when they do a good job.

Round one of hardwater removal on this stone shower floor. Removing hardwater is no easy task, especially when you cannot use an acid based cleaner or if the surface is already permanently etched from the minerals. Using a stone safe hardwater remover, a drill brush, a secret weap0n and lots of elbow grease I was able to make so much improvement. Can’t wait for round 2 to really make it sparkle for my client.
