Buffed clear coat fender with a high speed rotary buffer and a yellow foam pad. Wiped with a micro fiber towel and applied HT-63 SUPER SEAL COAT. A solvent based air curing cross linking/molecule siloxane sealant to seal the paint’s surface with a long lasting high gloss protective layer coating.

HI-Temp Products Co Inc. AKRYA Si02 CERAMIC SEALANT Air curing chemical bonding Sealant was applied to my 2019 Ford fender 3 weeks ago. A foot of snow on roads, streets coated with salt for melting snow and ice, dirty road spray from vehicles driving in front of me hitting my pickup. Have not washed my truck and nothing is sticking to my front fender. HT-806 AKARA CLEAN is used to decontaminate surfaces from road film, road oils, environmental fallout, and silicone applied sealants prior to application! AKRYA Si02 CERAMIC SEALANT will not remove any paint swirls from car washes or dirt wiped off with a towel. If swirls are present Hi-Temp manufactures several swirl buffing products in different grades of soft abrasives depending on the severity of the paint’s conditions! On a decontaminated swirl free finish, AKRYA Si02 CERAMIC SEALANT IS EASILY APPLIED with a microfiber application pad and immediately wiped off to a high gloss shine that air cures in 36 hours. Water rinsing, snow or rain will not effect the cure time, just do not detergent wash within the 36 hour cure time window. Once applied the vehicle can be driven immediately. Excellent for vehicle clear bras, wraps, paint, plastic mirrors and vehicle trim. HT-806 is a must use before vehicle wraps or clear film bras are applied. Body repair shops use HT-806 on vehicles to remove silicone applied products prior to sanding paint to prevent floating dust contamination causing fisheyes. A tech sheet for application is available with purchase explaining application procedures. HI-Temp has been manufacturing detailing chemicals since 1951 and perfected out product line with high quality chemicals in our products that work with less product used and excellent results. Many car wash soaps, all purpose cleaners and specialty products are in concentrate form for further dilutions.

“NEW” HT-900 AKRYA Si02 CERAMIC SEALANT! Easy to use- spray onto a micro fiber wax applicator pad and apply to clean road contaminate free surfaces with a wet film and immediately wipe off with a clean micro fiber towel producing a slick high gloss protected appearance! Air cures in 36 hours so no detergent washing within the 36 hour window cure time. Water rinsing or rain will not effect the cure time. Great hydrophobic/water beading repelling properties.

HI-Temp headlamps restoration, step by step. Open the hood & Tape off all areas to prevent sanding and buffer pad scuffing. Dry sand with a palm sander and 600 grit dry sanding paper using light pressure and wipe off powder residue to prevent it from sticking. I sand a couple inches and wipe the powder and the sanding pad, Until all the dry cracked clear coat that looks like small islands is removed completely. Spray HT-23 Prep wash on the lens and wipe with a microfiber cloth to remove all sanding powder. Very important to prevent lens scratches. Next use 1200 wet sanding paper with HT-23 and wet sand the whole lens. HT-23 allows lubrication and sand paper will last much longer. Spray with HT-23 and wipe all sanding residue from lens. Using a wool pad and HT-3 RazorCut Compound, on a rotary buffer set @ 3 apply several drops on the pad, smear it around on the lens and begin buffing with light to medium pressure, buff the lens completely adding more product to prevent it from drying out. After completing, spray HT-23 and wipe with a clean microfiber towel. Next step is buffing the lens using the rotary buffer, a yellow foam velocity pad using HT-420 Extreme Cut. This removes any HT-3 swirls and produces clarity to the lens. Apply HT-23 to remove all oils and residue from the lens. Final step, apply HT-62 Terminator Paint Sealant using a soft white foam pad. HT-62 contains a cross linking sealant that air cures in 36 hours. Adhesion will not happen if any prior compounding oils remain. I have used this sealant, very expensive additive since the 1980’s, proven quality, protection and long lasting durability. Use another oil free clean microfiber towel and wipe off all remaining residue to a bright restored lens! Pull tape off and your finished. Spray HT-77 Spray & Shine on bumper to remove all sanding wet residue! Then vehicle can be put back in service. DO NOT DETERGENT WASH or plating additives will be removed during the 36 hour cure duration! Rain or water will not remove the additives during the cure time.

Some people don’t understand what CONCENTRATED means. A product that is further diluted with water. Many users only compare price to price of products. (RTU) ready to use or the highest diluted recommendations for applications. A good example: say a gallon of product costs $10.00, has a dilution rate of 2:1. 2 equal parts water with 1 equal part product! So 1 gallon would make 3 gallons of usable application product! $10.00/ divided by 3= $3.34 coat per gallon! Now take the same product at $10.00’s 4:1 Concentration. 4 eqaul parts water 1 equal part product. So it makes 5 gallons of usable application product! $10.00/5= $2.00 per gallon. Don’t get fooled by distributors and pricing when their products have a lesser dilution value which is costing you more money at a lower price per gallon! Most times a higher price with a higher dilution will end up costing you a lot less and more profit in your pocket!
