Every customer that walks through our doors gets treated as an individual not a transaction. Andy is a perfect example of why that matters.
Andy's been a Gottsch's Goo customer for a while now, and over that time we've gotten to know him not just his vehicle, but how he actually uses it, what he cares about, and what "protected" really means to him. That relationship is what shaped this visit.
This time, Andy brought in his electric F-150 Lighting. An EV isn't the same animal as a standard combustion truck the electrical architecture, battery placement, and grounding points all change what's safe to apply underneath the vehicle. A lot of shops don't think about that. We do. So instead of our standard rustproofing line, we used Dinitrol's 4010 a formula specifically engineered to be EV-compliant, so Andy's truck gets full underbody protection without any risk to the electrical systems that make it run.
On top, Andy chose a one-year Feynlab ceramic coating. Not the most extended option we offer the right one, based on how he drives, how often he wants to be back in for maintenance, and what fits his life right now.
That's the whole approach here: we don't sell a package off a menu. We study the vehicle. We understand the owner. And then we build the solution that actually fits both.
Andy summed it up himself 'A lot of dough to dump on a truck, but worth it.'
That's exactly the outcome we're chasing with every vehicle that comes through our bay not just a protected truck, but an owner who's genuinely confident in the decision they made. Thanks for trusting us again, Andy. This one's for you.
