How can our Account Manager better comprehend our services? By throwing him a tech shirt, a pair of gloves, and taking him out on a job at our newest property! We trained him for an entire day on the techniques and processes that make our techs efficient. He asked really good questions about chemicals and even got to use our service software for himself instead of always being our dispatcher!

We had an awesome spring working with while they were in town! Their new standalone building saw a lot of foot traffic (and muddy boots!), and when your crew is focused on doing what they do best, cleaning understandably takes a backseat.
