Relax Pools is growing, and we’re looking for our next Construction & Remodel Sales Assistant to join our team!

The Construction & Remodel Sales Assistant plays an important role in taking approved new construction and remodel projects from contract signing into production. You’ll coordinate project details, organize information, communicate with customers and vendors, assist with permits and warranties, and make sure each project is set up correctly before construction begins.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, likes having a variety of responsibilities, and takes pride in getting the details right.
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and requests
Schedule site visits for new construction and remodel projects
Prepare estimates and quotes for liner replacement and safety cover projects
Coordinate CAD drawings with outside vendors
Onboard approved new construction and remodel projects
Process permits and warranty claims
Track and follow up on manufacturer warranties
Audit vendor invoices and purchase orders for accuracy
Assist with inventory and vendor rebate tracking
Coordinate project information between sales, vendors, customers, and production teams
Help ensure projects are properly organized and ready to move into production
Complete additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines
Strong customer service mindset
Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred
Construction, remodeling, sales support, or project coordination experience is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player
