We are a small family owned company established in 1986 that offers specialized cleaning services. We are seeking a friendly and experienced Office Manager to join our team! You would be working directly with the owners of the company and managing all the functions of the front office.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Scheduling new and existing customers
- Setting up estimates
- Working with our Customer Management and Employee Dispatching Software that integrates with Quickbooks (Housecall Pro)
- Working with Quickbooks Accounting Software
- Reconciling Accounts
- Dispatching Technicians that are out on the field
- Processing Sales Tax
- Keeping up on laundry
- Making sure all bathrooms are regularly sanitized
Details of Position:
- Work days are Monday - Friday
- Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay is $16-20+/hr depending on experience
- 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment
- 5 paid Holidays after 90 days

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of Office Management experience
- Extremely high level of detail is an absolute must for this position
- Ability to use a Mac computer, respond to emails, communicate with customers and navigate the main program we use (Housecall Pro)
- Must have excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and have a warm and pleasant demeanor to add to our family owned company
