Late summer to early fall, with warm and dry weather, provides an ideal opportunity to tackle these tasks and realize cost savings. How does this approach benefit you? When is it the right time to clean your roof and gutters in the Pacific Northwest? Answer: More often than you would think. With the dramatic seasonal changes from summer to fall . Our landscape with ample mixed conifer/ deciduous forest, produces a lot of vegetation debris. Fir and Cedar trees give off needles year round and then the Oak Maple Alder Ash commence dropping colorful leaves in October and November as the cold wet weather assaults. Sometimes waiting till late fall can be a costly mistake especially if you have not been consistent on roof & gutter maintenance. One big early September rain storm and you can have water damage if the gutters are too full to function. So do not procrastinate on these tasks. Oh & remember to address moss mildew and algae concerns annually as well.

We are looking for hard working individuals with career oriented focus. Athletic & balance skills or laborer or roof construction experience or window cleaning, pressure wash experience is a plus. We will train the right candidate. Pay depends on experience 17.00 to 28.00 an hour M-F occasional Saturday schedules.

Herzog Window Maintenance is looking for experienced cleaning technicians or the right candidate to train. You must be a self starter, and a quick study. We perform many cleaning tasks. You must be able to handle carrying 50 lbs. & or 28 foot ladder sets and perform work at heights. To be considered, please follow the instructions in this post.
