ows, galaxies and kitties. They are my favorite things that reminds me there is magic out there in our everyday lives AND we will see it when we believe it! Growing up I dealt with the growing pains of having ADHD before the information age started to blossom. It took a long time of trial and error to discover how to use my 'mishap' as a tool and view it as a blessing. Cleaning has always been a "go-to" to pass time to either get some instant gratification (building self confidence), process my thoughts and emotions, and hone my ADHD condition into focusing and broadening my attention on command. To be honest the instant gratification when cleaning is enlivening! As I practiced my skills and learned to allow myself to focus my attention on the details of cleaning, I started to notice the intangible energy differences as each layer of dirt and clutter was removed. I started to realize what satisfaction, mental clarity, and all around peacefulness felt like. It was so wonderful I wanted to be a space for others to experience it too.

Want a clutter free home? Where to start?

🌈Don’t put it down put it away. 🚮

All the way! Dishes? Put it away includes: taking it to the kitchen, scrape into trash, rinse, wash, rinse, (repeat if necessary), dry and put away.

Laundry? Fold it one piece at a time directly from the dryer. Stack it in the hamper nicely and walk it to your room, immediately put it away one layer at a time. Boom! You’re done.

Once you can master dishes and laundry, everything else becomes easier. Pick one to work on and then the other. The rest will fall into place naturally.

Hi friends 💚 Cheers! We did it! I am officially in remission. Cycle 6 is complete, chemo is finished, and this chapter has turned a page 🎉 I want to share this with honesty too. Recovery is not a light switch. My body is still rebuilding, and right now my stamina allows me to work about 2 hours at a time before I’m completely wiped out. Healing is happening, just at its own pace. Because I miss my clients and this work so much, I’m gently reopening my books with a new format while I rebuild my strength: ✨ 2-Hour Rotating Maintenance Sessions ✨ Instead of completing an entire home in one visit, we can rotate through your space over recurring sessions. One visit may focus on kitchens and dining. The next might reset bathrooms. Another might handle bedrooms and common areas. Little by little, we keep your home flowing without overwhelming my recovery. These sessions are perfect for: • Maintenance resets • Organization & purging • Pick-up / refresh resets • Re-establishing calm and functional systems This season is about steady steps, not sprints.
