Most people think pressure washing is about making the patio look nice. It is โ€” but that's not why we do it.

That green film on the "before" side? It's moss and algae, and when it's wet (so, most of the year here in Thurston County), it's as slick as ice. Back steps, patios, walkways โ€” these are the spots where someone carries groceries, lets the dog out at 6am, or takes the grill cover off in the rain. One slip on a slimy step is a bad day.
