Now, this was a hard day’s work, so thankful for the muscles that were there to help us! 💪There were 4 of us working to pull almost everything out, sorting by like things along the way and putting it all back together in 6 hours. ✅

The guys hung some wall shelves to get all the long, spare pieces off the floor and we put the large pieces in between spaces that were available, but largely still together(incl the 400lb slab of steel, same as all of the tools, woodwork kinda stuff, some things went in the attic, one of the storage buildings or in the kitchen and closet! The movers just dumped things and didn’t put many boxes into the actual rooms they belonged, upon move in. We did empty around 30 boxes, as well! We kept some for others to pick up and the rest went in the recycle bin. 📦

Every room has been sorted in the home, though some outing together and decorating still needs to be done, but the garage was the last space the client couldn’t actually get into, so he can get to his whole house, now. 🏡🦼

The client plans to spend time sorting things further down and plans to sell some things and put a lean-to up to get even more out of the garage. ⭐️

It has been 3 years since his garage has been together and he has lots of projects to work on and can now get to. We left a stack out of projects to do now, like cut that wood down to help make a cat door! 🐈‍⬛

Oh, what a fun morning to help a disabled client get a little more warm on the cool nights, ahead! ❄️ Since the large blanket wasn’t working at the recliner, I found a beautiful teal and navy, soft and thick fleece throw, that will be perfect for a recliner size!I also picked out a white and navy fleece blanket for his bed!🛏️

He had mentioned he needed a new down pillow because the last one was 25 years old and you can’t wash them, but new ones are $85….I knew I would be heading to Home Goods! 🛒 I found a Casper down alternative bed pillow for only $30! Score! 💪

He also plans to buy a new mattress and I am figuring ways to keep the mattress from sliding when he gets in and out of bed, like the current one does!💡

Since I used to sell furniture and mattresses, I was able to help him narrow down his choices along with using what he currently has, so an online shopping order will be made, soon! 💻

It’s garage organization time! 🏠 This family just got a huge shed, in the back yard, so we moved a lot back there! Stuff like yard everything, projects like woodworking, electric tools, etc. Oil change stuff, that pertained to the car was put on a shelf in the garage. We put some electrical items there and alll the nails were gathered and all placed together in the shelves, as well as tool bags, that will be used when needed, etc. Some long term storage like baby toys were covered and moved to the attic. 🧸 Lots of board games were found and since the family just purchased three organizers lining the living room wall (as I had recommended for their storage) they will have a new home! 🎲
This family has been here just a couple of years and things just didn’t always find a home. 📦 We have been working together organizing and unpacking, along with routine cleaning and loving on their pets when we come every two weeks (You should have seen how excited the dog was when he saw us, two days in a row), for several months and the whole home is really coming together, beautifully. 🐶

This project took 4 of us 4.25 hours to complete. It was such a rewarding job and they’re hopeful both cars will fit! 🚗

And, YES, that Samsung washer needs work, but the set IS for sale! 🏷️

Helping this family get moved into their new home and this day was man cave day!!! 📦

All of the bobble heads were grouped by team and placed with all the memorabilia on the tables and shelves! ⚾️

Next up, the dry bar! All the open bottles went on top and the unopened or multiples got placed on the bottom, sorted by kind of alcohol, to easily find just what you’re looking for! The ch*****ne bottles all went in the refrigerator because they need to be served cold!! 🍷

They plan to paint, so all the pictures were put to the side, until later. For now, they are ready to watch a game with friends!! 🤩

Two of us worked for about 3 hours, unpacking 15 boxes, breaking them down and setting everything we found! We didn’t pack, so we were unsure of what we would find! Kinda like Christmas in the decorating world! 📦
